How do I know which plan is best for me?
If you've previously used Tox, we suggest analyzing the average units you've required in the past and selecting a plan accordingly. However, if you're in your 20s or have never used Tox before, we recommend starting with our Wrinkle Eraser Xeomin Membership. The membership would be charged monthly until you decide to cancel.

I just got my treatment, can I cancel the membership now?
Membership cancellations are feasible after the completion of the first treatment and five instalments. Thus, if you've received your first treatment but are yet to make all five payments, the membership won't be cancelled until all dues are cleared.

I have been paying for the membership, but I have never had the treatment. Can I get something else for that cost?
It's crucial for members to schedule their treatment every quarter. Unfortunately, we don't allow treatment substitutions within the membership. However, if there's any concern, do share them with us so we can assist further.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Certainly. Membership alterations, whether upgrade or downgrade, are possible at any point. The differential amount will be adjusted at the reception desk before your scheduled treatment.
